No shipment ... No Reply - Office supplies


Bottom line: "Shoplet" as the worst ever! This business certainly will never get mine again. While I received an Order Confirmation by email, I NEVER received my shipment because ... and weeks of waiting, it appears my purchase was never shipped. I tried contacting the company twice, and I never received the courtesy of a reply. When last checking the status online, I found the company had cancelled; i.e., without any authorization from me to do so, nor any follow up by them to have my charge card credited with what I had paid for the item they never sent or wrote back to me about. Fortunately, Chase Card Services, my credit card company immediately investigated the issue immediately after I reported it, and then fully credited my account. I also have filed a formal complaint about "Shoplet" through Paypal.
